Destruction Spells scale with Magicka (no DLC's version)

Description
At first: It seems like you need SKSE, otherwise the mod will not work. I will try to change that, because I dont think that SKSE is relevant for my mod and this mod will probably not work with other Destrucion mods (you can test it yourself). The mod should be the last in your mod order (so it will be loaded as last).

I added a new perk in the Destruction-Tree, which increases your Destruction Spell Damage by 30% every 50 BaseMagicka and this effect goes up to 1600 Magicka. If you have reached the cap of 1600 Magicka or more your spells will do 1000% of their normal Damage.

I added another Perk increasing your Spell Damage and decreasing your Spell Costs, if you are wearing Colthes.

(BaseMagicka: Your Magicka without any Buff from Enchentmants, Blessings, etc.)

Immersion wise I would suggest you to create a new character before you start playing with this mod, in order to get the full experience of getting stronger with your progress. But that might be just my personal impression.

This is the no DLC's version, if you have all DLC's I recommend to use my other mod:

The damage in the Spells tooltip should increase. Keep in mind that only your Base-Magicka counts. Enchantments dont count. Its hard to help, because for me it works fine. And i'm using about 50 mods changing a lot of things.

It seems not working for me. Spells tooltip doesnt change and despiting this i dont feel any additional power, same amout of spell required to kill same enemy. Should there be any tracker of additional %spellpower ?

SKSE = Skyrim script extender. Somehow it improves the modding of skyrim. You could google it and check what it realy does if you want. But you can also just install it. I think there was an SKSE workshop mod. So you could just get it via steam.
