Excel - Excel Saga

"Last name Excel, first name Excel - or just Excel for short! No arrests, no convictions, aliases or pseudonyms! Abacus skill: poor!"

Eponymous protagonist of Excel Saga; short-sighted revolutionary on a budget trying to take over the world in the name of love. Originally a 1992 manga satire on the Japanese economic crisis, it's better known in the West for a turn-of-the-century anime adaptation, which replaced most of the political commentary with genre parody and sight gags.

Excel is a loyal soldier of Across, a 3-to-4-person clandestine organization trying to destroy corruption by conquering the Earth - but in order to minimize setbacks, they're focussing on Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefacture, Japan for now. She's devoted to her boss, IlPalazzo, to a degree where romance and sense of duty mean the same to her. She follows his every command - through raging fire, through floods, whether stripping down or throwing up! If only she had an attention span over forty seconds...

Took inspiration from both the manga design and anime design, but mostly the anime depiction; so may be a little inconsistent with other images of Excel. Feel free to re-distribute and/or modify, but it'd be really super-cool of you if you gave credit. As a weeaboo hipster, I've been wanting to make an Excel skin for a while, so I'm happy.

Note: the original author, Koshi Rikdo, has not given his approval for Excel to be a video game character.
