Seasnake's Civilization Balance

Mô tả
Better balance for civilizations and a third Unique Component for each. The game provides changes to several changes to Unique Abilities, Units, Buildings and seeks to make every Civilization fun and competitive. Some civilizations have minor changes, others have more drastic changes (e.g. Germany has a new UA entirely).

Yes that could be the cause, it's meant to work with all civs + ancient wonders DLC. Sorry for any confusion

Really love the mod but getting texture load errors come up that mess up the mouse when I close them and make the game unplayable. I have not got all the dlc, such as bonus civs. Could that be the cause of the error? If so, how can I mess with the files to get it to work?
