I don't play this game anymore or work on any mods. You are completely free to take this mod and create an updated or improved version of it. I can add links to mods that are directly related to this one, just mention them in the comments.

When you start moving with your character, your running speed increases to 125% over 5 seconds.
After you stop moving, your character speed starts degrading back to normal over 2.5 seconds.

(As a compensation Walking Cane has been disabled until further use is invented for it.)

The idea behind this mod is to help you explore quicker, without the need of Walking Cane being constantly equipped and hopefully make the game more enjoyable and less boring for the player. The way character speed increases or decreases makes it almost absolutely unnoticeable.

It's the little things that makes the game better!
