Explosive Arrows- Fire, Ice, and Shock

Description
Adds the ability to make area-of-effect, explode-on-hit arrows of fire, ice, and shock varieties. You can make them in batches of 25 at the forge with 25 steel arrows and a fire, frost, or void salt, respectively.

The arrows themselves have very low damage- only 10 damage- but the resulting explosions are very powerful, so a direct hit will almost always be fatal. The farther the hit, the less effect it will have.

They also throw actors and items into the air like ragdolls :D

They'll even knock a flying dragon out of the air.

I understand this has been done before, but I really want to learn more about the Creation Kit.

On my to-do list:
Make poison-explosion arrows
Make Thu'um arrows- Throw Voice, Unrelenting Force, etc.

Yup. The arrows themselves have their own object type in the creation kit, rigorously playtested to make them balanced (orrrrr.... changing damage when users say they're too powerful; I'm too lazy to playtest).

They only come in one type. Steel arrows are part of making them, but they don't actually have the same properties. Just think of them as another type of arrow, not a trait that can be applied to any type.

My new favorite method of personal transportation in skyrim. 10/10, would explode self again.

I love these arrows. If you need to send a group of enemies flying or make one in particular disappear in a hurry use these arrows. Plus I think they are just powerful enough. I took on a Dragon Priest with them and even with their power it still took a bit of fighting.

How much damage do these do? Do they scale with perks? I hate seeing all those 'OP' and 'Cheat' weapons that just obliterate anything with one hit cause some twelvie found out how to use the creation kit.. sigh

Sometimes you just want to send some Thalmor or bandits flying. It's great fun sneakiing up on a mountainside next to a Forsworn camp and raining down destruction.

these arrow's are so fun to use. In the darkbrotherhood main quest's every time i had to kill someone i used those arrow's to kill every target i mostly use the explosive not realy the lightning and ice and i have real good armor that if i fall from a very hight place i dont loose health or die so sometime's i use them to get down to the bottem of the throut of the world by shooting on under me. keep up the great work and do make more mod's
