Thoughts on Morty Perks :
Losing it - At 10% health, he has one of those psychotic Morty moments, and gains a large attack rate and damage boost, but, it drains hunger and sanity like nobody's business.
Car Form - Transformation deals some health damage, and again, drains hunger, but, allows for rapid travel across land. Maybe, if possible, allow others to ride along, like a beefalo mount.
