Was both impressed... and disappointed. Firstly, the bed only offered the Rested Bonus, not the Well Rested Bonus from the Inkwell Home; secondly, the place felt rather... dead, lifeless, abandoned; and third, no greenhouse (or the Dwemer equivalent). I could say more, but they were the first things to jump out at me. It would be nice if you could give the Lair that "lived in feel", or connect it to the lore somehow. A nice idea, but, personally, I will be sticking with the Inkwell Home. The Dwemer Jar looks like a nice mid-way point. Will try that next.
