I'd like to add that you can get killsight strikes in the arena, but the rewards are only given after a mission.

Good starters to buy would be the SPP weapons in command post, they unlock after you defeat 30 enemies with the character that equips it for 200 SPP. easiest way to unlock and buy these weapons is to re-run the first mission with each character and turn on support from Akademeia (may have to run more then once for some characters due to some enemies can only be killed by ranged attacks)
