First of all I want to mention that there's a reason why they didn't show his face in Burial At Sea. I had to edit Jack's textures and face a bit to look at least decent for the people of the Garry's mod workshop :) I think he looks alright now, I'm satisfied.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a great port, it is only infinite crapping out Jack's appearance as he doesn’t like like anything he look in Bioshock 1.

if you're talking about the picture on the "would you kindly?" board, no, he doesn't have a beard. neither in any of the security camera pictures of jack.
