Ring of Arcane Mastery

Description
This ring will allow you to cast all spells for nothing!

The ring can be found in the Arch Mage's Quaters in the College of Winterhold either on the table or on the floor next to it (I'm not sure why it sometimes ends up on the floor)

Enchantments:
Destruction Spells cost 100% less magicka to cast
Illusion Spells cost 100% less magicka to cast
Alteration Spells cost 100% less magicka to cast
Restoration Spells cost 100% less magicka to cast
Conjuration Spells cost 100% less magicka to cast
Created potions are 100% stronger

Man, I wish I found this sooner! I was looking on the Nexus for something like this and found nothing, so I already made my own enchantment combination in the Creation Kit nearly a week ago now lol

@K!W! The corner of the table to the right as you enter the main chamber. Thanks to Skyrim's "physics" it may have bounced onto the floor. If not just open the console and type help "Arcane Mastery" then player.additem followed by the ID code for the ring. I haven't played Oldrim myself in years so I don't have the mod installed to find out for you.

With all the space you have on your armor you could add that yourself.

you should also add Enchantments are 100% stronger to the list of Arcane Mastery. Then I could see myself downloading this mod for my game.

@british werewolf : i think you can make potion of fortify enchanting. so you can enchant everything you like with the potion are 100% stronger, right ?

No, sorry I couldn't find the enchantment for that. It's just spells and potions
