THE RULES
-- NOTE: THIS CHALLENGE CAN BE DONE WITH UP TO 3 PEOPLE IN THE GAME --

Start a MULTIPLAYER, (OR SINGLEPLAYER) STANDARD game.
Create it local or internet, it doesn't really matter, as long as if you're with people, they're the only people who can get into the game.

Set city states to 58.
Map type: Continents plus
Map size: Huge (After this you will have to set city states back to 58)
Game pace: Standard
Game era: Ancient era
Turn mode: Simultaneous
World age: 4 Billion Years
Temperature: Temperate
Rainfall: Normal
Sea Level: Medium
Resources: Strategic Balance


Victory types: Domination ONLY.

For advanced game options, only have these enabled:
Quick Combat
Quick Movement
Raging Barbarians

Now, click "Host Game".

Choose whatever civ you want, EXCEPT FOR: Huns, Assyria, and Mongolians.

Set it to immortal difficulty if by yourself, and diety if playing with 1-2 friends.
Set one open space to an AI, and choose gandhi.
Set all other open spaces to observer, closed, or open. Just anything but human or AI.

Start the game, and good luck!

For a harder challenge, add as many Gandhis as there are people, and set difficulty to deity, much more fun.

@BILLY BOB FRO Ghandi in civ is notoriously vicious. This was the result of a bug in the first game which has become a running joke in the series ever since. He was intended to be completely peaceful no matter what, so his aggression was set to -1 by default. Unfortunately due to the way the numbers were calculated back then, there was no negative, so dropping below zero automatically set it to the maximum alloted value, which was 255. Thus the reign of Ghandi the Destroyer began, and his legacy torments the world to this day.

I just don't see why it has to be Gandhi. He was a very peace-centered man, so dominate or be dominated with Gandhi just seems kind of... wrong. I might do this with some other leader, but I just feel bad about fighting a man who really wouldn't do so.
