The unbuilt Chicago Spire from.....Chicago. Planned to be 610m high by architect Santiago Calatrava.

For some reason ALL your buildings don't exist in the game menus.
Something is very much wrong there.

could you make the Chicago Beacon? they might build it in place of the spire.
