Description
The Porsche 914 was a light weight, mid-engined, targa-topped two-seat roadster that was in production from 1969 to 1976. The car featured a 5-speed manual, direct injection, and independent rear suspension which was quite impressive for its time and sold with a price tag of around $3,500. A time when Porsche believed that 'poor' people too could drive fun sports cars.

This is a model I made and textured from scratch using Blender and Gimp. It features illumination, color, and specular masks as well as a custom LOD and LOD versions for each mask.
Tris:1300, texture 1024x1024
LOD: 408, texture 512x512

This was my first attempt at making a mod so I hope you like it!

Okay, thanks! I'll try to update it when I find the time

You need to add the headlights beams (but you must restart from one of the base vehicles template to do so).

@SaniokRosov Vehicle assets already had an illumination map before the update for tail/headlights and blinkers. My model has an illumination map with headlights included so it should work with AD.

AD ?
This seems to blend in very well with the stock vehicles, good job on the textures : >

No prob (although I think it would be nice to "upgrade" this one once you've learned the tricks)... Oh and I feel clear panel lines don't really work ingame, all the cars I see with them lack definition, you'd better stick to dark ones ;)
For a first it's excellent already, just make it stunning ;)

@tony Yeah, I'm sorry, this is my first attempt and I've learned a lot from it so cars I do next will be much better, I promise! But thank you I appreciate the feed back :)

It's simple and buithiful. Hope you make more car mods that is as good as this one since it's hard to make it much better :-)
