This is a guide for whenever a Russian is screaming at you, or you get one of those teammates that you honest for god want to backhand with your keyboard, or a griefer, or a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ whom you want to destroy their face with a belt sander, and feel like screaming your head off, follow this guide and feel ten times better and calmer within two minutes.

Welcome!

My name is Akraken (My current rank is Legendary Eagle, but this helps all players). I have played Counterstrike for 4 years now and throughout all of my time playing CS:GO there was one method that helps me constantly. All it requires is a bit of patience, it’s even fun!

This is a guide how to become much calmer, more compassionate, a better team player and an amazing guy to have on your team with this simple tip. This works not only with CS:GO but with life in general. This works not only with just videogames, but life in general this technique allows you to achieve better results with not only your friends and family, but academically as well. It also makes you happier and develops patience!

Sounds too good to be true? Well, what if I told you that this method was 100% proven by scientists to be working and everything I stated was proven to be accurate? Not only that but this is practiced all over the world? You don’t need to be uber good at CS:GO to use it either, this method works for SE1-GE with little to no differences between each.

If everyone used this method, the Counterstrike community would be the single best community in gaming, without a doubt. So the goal of this guide is to reach as many people as possible and to help improve the community as much as possible.
Method and Practice
Whenever a Russian is annoying you, or you get one of those teammates that you honest for god want to backhand with your keyboard, or a griefer, or a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that you want to take a belt sander to, follow these simple steps:

• Get comfortable. (Lean back in your chair, lay back on your bed. The important part is that you are comfortable.)
• Close your eyes (No peeking!)
• Breathe in as much as your chest can hold.
• Exhale as much as your chest can.
• Imagine your breath is filling your stomach, concentrate on expanding your stomach with every breath.
• Count how long it takes you to exhale and inhale.
• Focus entirely on this and your counting, don’t even think of not thinking. Just relax and breathe and count.
• DO NOT LISTEN TO MUSIC! – This can distract you.
• Do this for as long as you want, do not do it for under one minute though if you want the full experience as the effects will not have taken fully place yet.

This results from this exercise can last you hours, even if you only did it for two minutes. This technique is called Meditation and it is truly amazing.

Doing this two minutes a day will improve you life to the point of you wondering how you ever stumbled through life without it.
Bonus and Additional Excercises
If you want to become a much better person, do the steps above, but after you do so, think of things you’re grateful for. Gratitude can make you a kinder, more fun, more compassionate and thoughtful person.

Phsyical exercise. When you’re feeling upset, a little moderate exercise could help you feel better fast. Physical exercise releases endorphins in your body, which are natural mood boosters.Several studies have shown that exercise reduces feelings of anger and increases your feelings of calmness and well-being. Just do some dancing or jumping jacks the next time someone calls you a scrub and you'll feel better.
