Sinderion Field's Laboratory as a player home, new weapon and follower!

This mod allows the player to use Sinderion Field's Laboratory as a player home. But that's not all: it adds also a new weapon and a new follower (both can be found inside Sinderion Field's Laboratory)!
The weapon has the same stats of an ebony warhammer, ans it's enchanted with absorb stamina, absorb magicka and soul trap.
The follower is the ghost of Sinderion himself! He has a dwemwer armor, dwemer sword, dwemer bow, soul gems and some ingredients.
To enter the house you can use console commands (coc blackreachzcell10), go to Dragonsreach, where there is a trapdoor (you can see it when entering Dragonsreach from the main door, on the left) or go to Blackreach.
