Better headsman's axe

Description
The Executioner's axe, a beautiful and impressive weapon, but little power.
And you can't upgrade it.

But, with this mod, the executioner's axe will be better, 34 dammage for low levels and she's upgrade when the level change. (~ 90 > levels 60+)

Infos

-You can found this weapon on Ahtar, not lootable but if Ahtar is your friend, you can take his axe.
-You can kill Ahtar for gain this weapon.
-You can appear it from the console.
-You can not improve it at the forge. This mod upgrade automatically the axe.
