Stuck in the Prologue

Hello guys and ladies, I bought this game only a week ago and though I played every Total War game, I always start with the prologue, to look if nothing changed.
This time I got stuck with the Huns who did not want to attack me after the first battles near Olbia. I could not attack them outside my borders, nothing helped.
So I didn't make peace with the Ostrogoths, and I could take another city from them, that was a little consolation. But I am the guy that persist, so I tried the prologue again and 2 times more, well.... if you can wait till the year 402AD, the Huns will attack!
You can win a battle against them but you also will also get the message that you will loose against them in the end, so, and here it comes, they will tell you that you can migrate, abandon all your cities and that you are a horde... , I knew that, but not that it was completely different to other TW games where you take a city, develop it and move on.
Fifteen minutes later, the prologue is over......
A good thing is, in the meantime you learn everything about research and even some politics... The wind told me a song...
