Introduction
As you all should know, the Medic is the main support class in TF2 and that has never been more true in MVM. The Medic's main job is to keep everyone allive and in battle and this can get challenging when you're faced with a battalion of robots. But never fear, upgrades in MVM make good weapons even better and could cost your team a victory or defeat. So without further adieu, lets get started with this guide.
Loadout (Primary)
Blutsauger
Starting off with the Medic's trusty primary weapon we have the all so powerful Blutsauger. This is one of the best primary weapons for Medic in MVM or any other game mode in my opinion. This syringe gun gives you 3 health for each hit on a robot and can quickly fill your health to 100% in a matter of seconds which can cancel out the -2 health drained per second.
Recommended upgrades for this weapon are listed in the "Upgrades (Primary)" Section
Loadout (Secondary)
Now for the Medic's main "bandage launcher" we have the Kritzkrieg as the best choice for MVM with the Quick-Fix close behind. I chose to include two mediguns in this guide because these two can be equally effective in MVM.

Kritzkrierg
Starting off with the main Medi Gun we have the Kritzkrieg. The Kritzkrieg will give your patient a 100% crit chance that will last much longer than the crits found in canteens. The UberCharge found in the Kritzkrieg will let your patient mow down hordes of robots in a matter of seconds and will allow you to deploy an UberCharge shortly after with the 25% charge rate.

Quick-Fix
Now moving on the the Quick-Fix which is a sort of "back-up" choice for Medics in MVM. This Medi Gun isn't as useful as the Kritzkrieg but still handy. This Medi Gun should be used if your teammates are having a hard time defending you from damage and you keep dying. The heal rate for this Medi Gun is insane and will fill up the health meter of team mates in seconds. Also, this Medi Gun is extremly useful for reviving dead teammates since it does so very quick.
Recommended upgrades for both mediguns are listed in the "Upgrades (Secondary)" Section
Loadout (Melee)
Now for the weapon(s) of choice when the Medic needs to get up close and personal with the robots we have the Ubersaw and the Vita-Saw. As with the Medi Guns I chose two weapons because one might be more effective than the other depending on your team.

Ubersaw
Starting off with the main melee weapon we have the Ubersaw. The Ubersaw's 25% UberCharge on hit is extremely useful in MVM and it's 20% slower swing speed can be countered with upgrades. Gaining UberCharge with this saw is very easy especially on Sentry Busters and Mega Medics since they can't attack you and have a lot of health which can be quickly reduced by deploying an UberCharge on a teammate you recently got with this saw.
Vita-Saw
Next we have the "back-up" saw which is the Vita-Saw. The Vita-Saw retains up to 20% of your UberCharge upon death so you can get a jump start upon respawning. The only downside to this weapon is having your health lowered by 10 HP which isn't a lot and should not matter since you can regain a lot of health with your Blutsauger. Same as the Quick-Fix, this should only be used if your team is having trouble keeping you alive in battle.

Recommended upgrades for both weapons will be listed in the "Upgrades (Melee)" Section
Upgrades (Primary)
Starting off with upgrades for your Blutsauger we have a only two upgrades that are considered "important". The upgrades that are "important" are: Mad Milk Syringes and Firing Speed. Let me go over on why these upgrades are "important".

Mad Milk Syringes
This upgrade is extremly useful because you can benefit your self and your team. Hitting a target with at least one syringe will apply the Mad Milk effect on them. This is somewhat OP since you get 3 health per hit plus health from the damage you deal with the Blutsauger. Oh and it's worth mentioning that if you level up certain resistances and the Blutsauger, you can heal faster than a Giant Heavy at point blank range since you're gaining health very fast. Team mates will also be healed since Mad Milk is on the robots which is useful if your teammates are far away from you and need some health.

Firing Speed
This upgrade is pretty self explanitory, you fire syringes faster than normal.
Upgrades (Secondary)
You will most likley spend most credits on upgrading your Medi Gun but choosing the right upgrades for your Medi Gun is very important. The recommended upgrades for both the Kritzkrieg and Quick-Fix are the same. There are quite a few upgrades for these weapons and they are listed below in order from most important to least important.

Projectile Shield
This upgrade is your #1 priority when you first join a server. This can really be a life saver in many situations by protecting you and your team mates from crit pojectiles and stopping robots in their tracks since they can't get through the shield and it also damages them when they come in contact with it. Best of all, the projectile shild is easily gained with a few seconds of healing so don't be afraid to use it.

Healing Mastery
Next up on the list is Healing Mastery. This upgrade just makes everything you do faster and easier such as UberCharge rate, heal rate, self heal rate, and revive rate. Definitely a very useful upgrade in MVM.

Canteen Specialist
This is a very effective upgrade if used right. Canteen Specialist lets you share your canteen with your heal target. Make sure to fill your canteen with UberCharge or Crits as they are very useful. An UberCharge canteen lets you and your patient become invulverable which is very deadly when paired with crits from your Kritzkreig and even more deadlier if paired with a projectile shield. A Crits canteen can be useful for extending your Kritkreig charge when it has ended or deploying crits when you don't have a full UberCharge built up.

Uber Duration
This upgrade is useful for keeping your crits or mega heal for a little bit longer and can save your life and your patient's life many times.

Overheal Expert
This is very useful for buffing classes with low health such as a Scout and is very handy with the Quick-Fix.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS:
Uber Charge Rate
This upgrade should not be touched at all because it is practically useless. All this does is help you gain UberCharge faster but this can be countered with the Ubersaw and Healing Mastery.

Upgrades (Melee)
The Ubersaw and Vita-Saw have the same upgrades but only one upgrade is "important" and that is:

10% Faster Attack Speed
This is the only useful upgrade for both the Ubersaw and Vita-Saw since it makes you swing faster and can cancel out the swing speed penalty found on the Ubersaw.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
25 Health on Kill
This upgrade is useless for the Medic's melee weapon since you won't be killing Sentry Busters and Mega Medics with your Ubersaw and Vita-Saw.

Upgrades (Body)
There are a few important upgrades for the Medic himself but not too much so don't spend most of your credits on body upgrades. The recommended upgrades are as follows from most important to least important:

Crit Resistance
This upgrade can be a life saver at times since you can get hit with a crit at any time. What this upgrade does is reduce the damage taken from critical hits which can prevent you from becoming a bunch of severed limbs and blood stains on the ground.

Movement Speed
The Medic is already the second fastest class in the game so why not make him faster. The movement speed upgrade will allow you to get to patients faster to heal them and also escape death at times.

Behavior
Your behavior as Medic can really determine how much time you stay alive. If you're running all over the place and not staying behind your teammates, you are making a mistake since you're vulnerable to attacks from the robots. Also, try to stay NEAR a dispenser if you have an Engineer on your team since you reagain health faster. I all-capped "near" because you don't have to be at the dispenser at all times because that would make you useless since your team is moving around a lot, especially the Scout if you have one.
Helpful Tips
Here are some helpful tips when playing Medic in MVM:

Keep Heavies and Soldiers healed at all times
Heavies and Soldiers are likely going to take the most damage and it is important to keep them healed at all times so they can keep taking down robots with their high DPS but make sure to keep the other classes healed too!

Help Demomen at Setup Time
If your team has a Demoman who is carrying any type of sticky bomb launcher (except the Quickiebomb Launcher) give him crits with your Kritzkrieg so he can lay down a carpet of crit stickies and destroy the enemy Medics or lethal classes if they come out. Don't be afraid to use your UberCharge since it builds much faster during set up time.

Make Sure your Patient is Fully Loaded
Check if your patient is at full ammo when giving them an UberCharge to make it very effective, you wouldn't want to UberCharge a Heavy or Soldier with no rockets or bullets in their weapon.

Conclusion
As we come to an end of the guide, I hope you learned something new and apply it in your future games. Don't forget to rate this guide, comment below on what you think or edits that can be made and feel free to follow me if you want to see more guides like this. See you all in the next guide!

Shielding your Engineer that knows what hes doing is a plus especially when he is replacing his sentry down after tricking a Sentry Bomber. : D

I use the Quick-Fix with crit canteens. Hate me if you want, but I love the Quick-Fix, especially for countering Giant Heavy's with their shitloads of knockback, and all types of explosive enemies.

Hi, just a quick personal nitpick:

You have Overheal Expert lower in priority than Canteen Specialist and Uber duration. For me, Overheal Expert is on par and usually upgraded along with Healing Mastery. Having classes at 250% of their normal HP is quite a noticeable positive, especially when those classes have a lot of resistances. Also in the case of a heavy, that's 450 more that you can heal him for. That will charge a shield from empty (I believe it's 400 for a shield charge).

Pretty decent guide, just a few things.
An ubersaw can be used to any bots, wait for instance at the right little edge of mannhattan and wait untill they drop down and lock onto your teammates, so you can easily get a saw or so back.
What's worth metioning is body upgrades, regeneration is useless due to healing mastery, but crit resistances and movement speed are pretty usefull when you want to play aggresive.
Canteen specialist should only be considered late mission, and that's when the team doesn't suck.
You should be able to bring out enough ubers, shields and milk syringes to keep the team alive, otherwise one of the 2 probaly just sucks.
I really don't see a use of fire speed on support medic, it can be usefull but only late wave.

And it would be nice if you could mention how with full resistances, mad milk syringes you can heal faster than a giant heavy at point blanc range.
