Custom Announcer - Some Communist

ATTENTION:

Be sure to unsubscribe to any other announcer pack before subscribing to this.

If you are having trouble getting the sound files to work correctly, try going into the game console and entering these lines IN ORDER after subscribing:

snd_updateaudiocache
snd_rebuildaudiocache

If you want to uninstall this voice pack, unsubscribe from this item and then repeat the same console command to regain the vanilla announcer.

Some communist held me up by gunpoint and demanded that I make his voice into an announcer pack. He didn't even pay me either, because he was a communist. Hmph.

I can't artificially increase the volume very much without the quality sounding bad. Next time the communist comes to me to make a voice pack, I'll tell him to speak more loudly.
