If you check how official cars are made you will see it's just a list of 'parts' being put together.
Just study the system from the official vehicles and experiment. Eventually asking for help on the forum may help you more than here.

How can you just make parts and put them in game? Is there a tutorial for just making parts instead of whole cars?
