Description
Introducing Q-Branch: the source of spy toys by M-7.

(Inspired by Ian Fleming's James Bond films/books)

From near the Castle in Solitude City you may enter Universal Exports (via a Lift), and then to Q's Laboratory where he tests new weapons for MI6 (007) - formerly known as The Blades. You can create new weapons from exploding ink pens, throwable Jester hats, 007 Bolts for his Walter PPK Crossbow, to other IED explosives and other weapons by using the Skyforge and other utilities. Comes with 3 followers with Perks and abilities. M7 2015.

unconfortable bear it also has crossbows which are dawngard excusive

its near a doorway or walkway when you first ascend the castle exterior on entering the city.
