Health = 200
Hunger = 150
Sanity = 200

Created to enhance a co-operative playstyle, rather than be strong on their own, I wanted this character to inspire strength in those they work alongside.

Considered beta with potential rebalancing in consideration pending further playtesting. Feedback will also be taken into account.

Features:
- Doesn't like hurting others (deals 1/4 damage).

- Flash: Glows in the dark.

- Calm Mind: Restores her nearby allies' sanity.

- Safeguard: Players within Gardevoir's aura are protected by her. 50% of all damage they would take is redirected to Gardevoir, split between her health and sanity.

- Recover Heal Pulse: Protected allies have health regen.
(Note: health regen is really strong in Don't Starve, so the regen provided by Gardevoir is very, very slow).

---
NEW IN 3.0! Gardevoir now has some configuration options. Two playstyles are available: passive and active. The passive style is as above, with all Gardevoir's abilities being statically active all of the time.

The active playstyle comes with two configurable hotkeys. One which toggles on and off her safeguard aura, and another which toggles on and off her sanity-restoring light aura. Beware, glowing so brightly takes a lot of energy, and Gardevoir will get hungry much faster while it is active!

cool mod
would be nice if you updated it so gardevoir has more to compensate for the big loss to damage... like a magical ability or debuff to enemies

I was hyped about it until I realized the regen doesn't apply to me... Anyway to change it?

@Ionic thank you

@Berserk, you can customise the hotkeys you wish to use in the mod's options menu. By default, however, they are bound to K and L.

What hotkeys are used to switch auras?

@LordKr8z Could you give me a bit more context on when it disappears? I play the character a lot mysef and I've never had an issue (aside from the previously mentioned "struck-by-lightning" issue that I'm not sure I can fix). In some weather types, particularly in winter daytime for example, it can look like the light has disappeared when it is just overpowered by ambient light, could that be the case?

Hello character developer. Um I just wanted to ask why gardevoir's flash dissappears? I have her/him in passive mode so im just confused as to why it just dissappears.

sorry i didnt get the opportunity to exit and reenter the world since my friend panicked and reset the world to the previous day... And it didnt happen since sorry :'(

But thank you for this cool mod it really helped me out for surviving with a friend (we are kinda noobs at this game :P). keep up the good work ;)

@elcherex I'm actually completely thrown by this! Having never been struck myself, this is a crazy thing. Looking at it briefly, it seems being struck by lightning applies an "electrocuted" stategraph which contains a Light:Enable() function (though I don't see what it actually does). I'm guessing this is overwriting Gardevoir's one. Did it come back after exiting and re-entering the world (or if you're using the active playstyle, toggling it off and on should be sufficient to refresh the Light specifications)?
