odd im on my 3rd playthrough when i decided to actually collect ALL of them the only soultion i can see in uninstalling and reinstalling

Same issue as Strossus, here. I cannot claim the first skull in chapter 8 because I apparently claimed it on my first playthrough but it never unlocked. So I tried beating game, and then starting fresh, and I also tried simply loading to that chapter from mission select. It will not show the servo skull anymore and I cannot collect it because it's missing.

Anyone found a fix? I have a friend who has 100% achievements. I can't believe there is no fix.

Is the ingame display out of sync with the actual finds? I got all skulls in chapter 2, but in the audio log it says I missed one. Oo
