The A-Team Intro As Round Start Narrator

This a quick sound mod I made to replace the narrator at the start of a game to the A-Team's intro. It only plays the part with the narrator, so not the music that comes after it (watch the video for reference). It only replaces the narrator AFTER the countdown, so not when it's still counting down. This way I only need to replace 9 sound files, and otherwise I'd have to replace close to a hundred files, which would make the file a lot bigger.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO TYPE IN: snd_restart IN THE CONSOLE, OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK.
