@Technicat gosh, what a bizarre suggestion :O
but to be serious, growable buildings are restricted to 4x4 squares
as someone who also prefers letting as much grow naturally as possible i ask creators of small enough buildings if they could switch from unique or rico only to growable, but this would have to be downsized much more for that to be an option
