Description
Adds the Kingdom of Iraq under Faisal I to the game.

UA: Land of Two Rivers: Cities settled on rivers gain +1 Happiness and have a chance to improve flat, freshwater tiles with farms within 2 tiles. During Golden Ages, river tiles provide +1 Faith.

UU: Assyrian Levy: Replaces GWI. Slightly weaker and cheaper but attacks over rivers without penalty and heals faster on them.

UB: Nezamiyeh: Does not provide Science on jungles like the University, but converts 25% of this city's Faith into Great Scientist points. +2 Faith. Has a Great Work of Writing slot.

Compatible with: E&D, YNAEMP, CulDiv, RtP, Civ4 Traits

Is anyone out there having a problem with this not working with YNAEMP v25? It was working fine a few months ago, but when i went to sign on last month, STEAM burped and reloaded almost all of my downloaded mods. Since then, this mod blocks access to YNAEMP maps..

Just played a game with these guys, and I really enjoyed it. The UA provides solid value, but it's not OP at all. There's also some good synergy between the UA and the UB, and the faith-science connection is pretty unique. Only negative I ran into at all was the fact that my units could cross rivers freely, but were still penalized while attacking across them. No movement penalty across rivers and no attack penalty across rivers kind of go hand in hand, so it felt off to have one but not the other. Otherwise though, really an excellent civ, and probably the one serious Iraq mod civ out there, which you deserve major kudos for.
