Adds House Baratheon, led by Joffrey Baratheon. Based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin.

Joffrey is the king, and everyone is his to torment. His UA actually makes him thrive in unhappiness, while also reflecting his diplomatic tendencies. His UU, the Goldcloak, gives him a way to easily manipulate his happiness as well as making some extra gold. The other UU, the Kingsguard, allows him to go where he pleases and can keep him well protected.

UA: Vicious Idiot: Influence with city-states degrades 25% faster and recovers 25% slower. When you are Unhappy, twice the Unhappiness is added to Golden Age points, your Capital gain +12 Production, and units gain a 10% combat bonus.

UU: Goldcloaks
- Replaces the Pikeman. Generates 2 GPT and 1 Unhappiness for every 2 Citizens when stationed in a city. Is stronger closer to the capital.
UU: Kingsguard
- Replaces the Longswordsman. It is more expensive, but it is much stronger and can move through unopen borders.

His Grace, Joffrey of Houses Baratheon and Lannister, First of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm approves this mod.

It's nigh impossible for AI to use Goldcloaks as garrisons though (ESPECIALLY when they are flavored 15 to offense and only 5 to defense).. Thankfully AIs are stupid and get to unhappy rather easily. Gotta try lowering his Happiness flavor and make his land have no luxuries in IGE to force him into unhappiness easily. But for this civ to really work as AI, I guess the UA would have to be simplified to +Unhappiness per population in capital / +Unhappiness per garrisoned city (aka not fixed on 1 type of unit, especially not one you get far too late). Still, 11/10 for declaring war on Tully on turn ~ 9 (proceeding to lose King's Landing a few turns later, thus getting eliminated, truly worth the name of his UA :D)

I've made a declaration of friendship with Tullys. He responded next turn that he doesn't like my politics.. I told him to suck on it, he instantly declared war on me. Next turn he declared war on 2 other civs. I love him! :D (he MAY be a bit OP though with that production bonus.. he was at war with half the civs on map and still managed to hold his King's Landing AND settle 2 other cities)

@jpeast: I'll be releasing maps and mods eventually. A War of the Five Kings scenario will arrive after a few more civs are done, and then I'll release the map that goes with it.

@dizak55: I believe the unit flag I used was the Spanish Conquistador, so I guess if you don't have the Spain DLC or Gods and Kings, it won't load.
