Its actual really easy to do. First login to Steam in a web browser.

Then go to here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/editguide/?appid=753

Once you have finished published your guide it will show up like this.

Steam > Guides > Your Names' Guides

That's all there is to it!

FAQ

If I have already made a Steam guide but I put under the wrong category e.g I put my Steam guide under "Game > Guides > My's Guides" can I move it to "Steam > Guides > My's Guides"?

No, but you can just copy and pates it into a new guide and delete the old one.

Then I click Steam or Guides in "Steam > Guides > My's Guides" I just get redirected to http://steamcommunity.com/discussions Why?

Steam doesn't have a Community Hub it instead it has Steam Discussions.
