Howdy people! This is just a small introduction, everything here is already in the description of the guide but what the heck! I'll say it again.. This is going to be an extensive guide regarding all sorts of farming in warframe!

Ash
Components can be acquired by killing Manics at a 33% drop chance for a component. Currently the best place to farm manics (Drekar Manics do not drop) is on Saturn (Titan) Past 15+ Minutes.

Banshee
All Banshee components are acquired through research in the tenno lab, within the dojo.

Components are acquired through a quest called ' The Jordas Precept ' that unlocks ' Jordas Golem Archwing Assassination ' allowing you to farm the pieces.

Chroma
All Chroma components are acquired through Junctions upon completion of a quest called ' The New Strange '. You can get the quest from Cephalon Simaris on any relay. More quest info here[warframe.wikia.com].

Ember
Components can be acquired by running the mission Tethys ( Saturn ) and killing General Sargas Ruk.

Equinox
All Equinox components can be acquired by running the mission Titania ( Uranus ) and killing Tyl Regor.

Excalibur
All Excalibur components can be acquired by running the mission War ( Mars ) and killing Lech Kril. You can also obtain Excalibur from Teshin for 60000 Affinity fully built provided you are PvP Rank - Typhoon.

Frost
All Frost components can be acquired by running the mission Exta ( Ceres ) and killing Lech Kril & Vor.

Hydroid
All Hydroid components can be acquired by running the mission Oro ( Earth ) and killing Counciler Vay Hek.

Inaros
All Inaros components can be acquired through a quest called ' Sands of Inaros ' obtained from Baro Ki'teer.

Ivara
All Ivara components can be acquired through running Spy missions. Each require you to successfully extract all three pieces of data for a chance at a component.

Limbo
All Limbo components are acquired through a quest called ' The Limbo Theorem '. You can obtain this quest in the Europa Junction. This requires an Archwing. More quest info here[warframe.wikia.com].

Loki
All Loki components can be acquired by running the mission Psamathe ( Neptune ) and killing Hyena Pack.

Mag
All Mag components can be acquired by running the mission iliad ( Phobos ) and killing The Sergeant. You can choose Mag as a starting frame, also from Teshin for 60000 Affinity fully built provided you are PvP Rank - Typhoon.

Mesa
All Mesa components are acquired by defeating a boss called Mutalist Alad V. In order to do this you will need to collect Mutalist Alad V Nav Coordinates in order to build the Mutalist Alad V Assassinate Key. Mirage
All Mirage components are acquired through a quest called ' Hidden Messages '. You can buy this quest in the market. More info on ' Hidden Messages ' here[warframe.wikia.com].

Nekros
All Nekros components are acquired by completing Orokin Derelict Assassination missions and killing lephantis. This mission requires a key that you can buy the BP for in the market. More info on Orokin Derelict Assassination here[warframe.wikia.com].

Nezha
All Nezha components are acquired through research in the tenno lab, within the dojo.

All Nova components can be acquired by running the mission Naamah ( Europa ) and killing Raptor.

Nyx
All Nyx components can be acquired by running through any normal ( Non Void/Derelict ) Assassination mission whilst the planet is involved in an infested invasion. You will need to kill a boss called ' Phorid '. More ' Phorid ' info here[warframe.wikia.com].

Oberon
All Oberon components can be acquired by killing Eximus units in any mission. More info on Eximus units here[warframe.wikia.com].

Rhino
All Rhino components can be acquired by running the mission Fossa ( Venus ) and killing Jackal.

Saryn
All Saryn components can be acquired by running the mission Merrow ( Sedna ) and killing Kela De Thaym.

Titania
All Titania components can be acquired through a quest called ' The Silver Grove ' from the New Loka leader at all relays. More quest info here[warframe.wikia.com].

Trinity
All trinity components can be acquired by running the mission Hades ( Pluto ) and killing Ambulas.
40 Anima Nav Beacons are required to fight Ambulas. They can be obtained by defeating and hacking Ambulas proxies that are deployed via Condor Dropships in Corpus open-air tilesets.(Most of Venus, Pluto & Europa)

Valkyr
All Valkyr components can be acquired by running the mission Themisto ( Jupiter ) and killing Alad V.

Vauban
All Vauban components can be acquired only by completing specific alert missions that contain his pieces, or by receiving a piece for your login bonus.

Volt
All Volt components are acquired through research in the tenno lab, within the dojo.

Mods [UPDATED]

Riven Mods

Riven mods, the newest addition to the mod group are a new type of mod that can allow for up to 4 stats although not always all positive. Riven mod stats are hidden from the player upon obtaining them and will only be revealed once a challenge stated on the mod is completed. These mods are Mastery Locked. You can obtain a single Riven mod from completing the ' War Within ' Quest and gather more as sortie rewards. More info on Riven mods here[warframe.wikia.com].


Stance Mods

Stance Mods are a group of mods made specifically for melee weapons only. They benefit a player in two ways, the first by providing extra slots for the weapon, much alike Aura mods. The second benefit is a series of combo's that you can perform that differs based on the stance equipped. Stance mods each have different drop places but most can be found as you go through most missions. More info on Stance Mods here[warframe.wikia.com].

Augment Mods

Augment Mods are a relatively new addition to the mod group, these mods are different in that they are made specifically for a certain warframe or weapon, and usually provide huge upgrades and bonuses. These mods can only be acquired by reaching certain ranks within certain syndicates. More info on Augment Mods here[warframe.wikia.com].

Corrupted Mods

Corrupted Mods are a group of mods that differ from all other mods, in that they not only offer a positive bonus to a stat, but they also offer a negative bonus to a stat. They can only be acquired through opening vaults in specific Orokin Derelict missions, using Dragon Keys.

Aura Mods

Aura Mods are a group of mods that have various benefits, unlike normal mods, aura mods can affect your entire team as well as yourself. These mods can only be obtained through specific alert missions that reward aura mods. I would watch out for these alerts as almost all of the aura mods are extremely useful!

Nightmare Mode Mods

Nightmare mode mods are a bunch of fairly powerful mods that can only be obtained through playing nightmare mode missions! List of mods can be found here[warframe.wikia.com].

Nightmare mode missions put extra restraints on tenno, such as having no shields or the mission having a 5 minute timer etc. List of restraints can be found here[warframe.wikia.com].

Nightmare mode missions are fairly easily recognizable in navigation, they will appear like the image below.

DPSFrame[dpsframe.com] - EXTREMELY outdated, but if it is brought back to relevence, it is one of the best dps calculators out there. Again, I stress not to use this in it's current state.

Warframe Builder[warframe-builder.com] - Brilliant site that allows you to create and test builds for all of the items within the warframe universe. Frequently updated with a great team behind it I would highly recommend this.

Deathsnacks[deathsnacks.com] - Deathsnacks is sort of a jack of all trades, the site hosts alert timers, links to all the most recent warframe news, invasion timers, darvos deals, sorties and even void trader timers. It's a wealth of information so be sure to check it out.

Tennodrops[www.tennodrops.com] - Tennodrops is straight to the point drop locator that essentially lists everything I already have here

WarframeLFG[warframelfg.io] - WarframeLFG is exactly what it sounds like, a website with a clean UI that allows players to find groups of varying specifications to play with around the clock. Currently fairly underutilised and needs a bigger audience but has a lot of potential.

Warframe Market[warframe.market] - Last but not least, the holy grail of warframe trading, the be all and end all of markets. If you want to sell anything or buy anything quickly and fairly, this is your go-to.
