Lesser Red Mutagen Hunt
This is the spot. kill the arachas and fiend. But must've kill'em many times, meditate 3 hrs it's enough time to respawn them. Be sure carrying relic and insectoid oil for less effort kill'em, attention to fiend bcs he can hypnotized you. Just give the axii when he stop for a moment. And do not dodge if you can, roll it
To kill arachas, must've kill the endregafirst. Draw endrega from a distance and kil'em one by one.

Fiend's loot

Arachas's loot

This fokkin beast is like a fortress, make sure you don't get hit often.

I have spent 2 hours farming & I have not seen any red mutagen drop. I think you can't do that anymore.

@Olmer i've tried, but i think alghoul gave slower ratio than fiend and arachas. And arachas give much better ration on those three, lower amount of HP and better ratio drop

@Nova Just meditate 3 hrs (no less) and viola! Fiend respawn beside you :)

@RickLorenZ Yeah me too, i've got tons of blue and green ones. Farming on this place took me 15~25 minutes for a single greater red mutagen though, ironically the mutagen also had a annoying bug. Everytime i start the game i had to take off the mutagen and take on again to correct the total of sign intensity

Red mutagens are the worst to find! I had hundreds, ******* hundreds of greens and blues. HUNDREDSSSSS!!!!!! And I had only... About 7 red mutagens? Really? Made one larger red and a decoction... Horribly unbalanced ration. That was my first playthrough until I farmed for reds on my second. I don't understand why reds are rare but greens and blues are everywhere?

Also, not counting red mutagens that are monster based, ie werewolf and wyvern, since you cannot combine them.

I looked around the internet and found the eastenr shore spot on skellig killing level 18 drowners. I got 1 or 2 lessers reds per group of 4 - 6. Much faster but they are a group of kinda nasty guys so you prob need to be higher than level 9. Best of luck

@austine99 in my case, ratio is about 4:1 or 5:1. It means, i had to kill 4 or 5 fiends/arachas for one lesser red mutagen. It took me about 40 minutes to craft one greater red mutagen
