it doesn`t work, help me please

All hail Lelouch! All hail Britannia!

China, while pretending to help their people, are being a despotic government, and most emperors are toyed around by the eunuchs of their court.

That's a simple summary of the alternate history of Code Geass (most recent elements would tend to spoil a great story, so I won't, but I'd love to make a mod to play the different countries of that world into CK2 and EU4. Does anyone knows if modded CK2 games can still be imported in EU4 with another mod?

The Holy Britannian Empire then extends its border on all American continent, and later Australia. The Europia United Republic expends from today's Russia's Far East to most of northern Africa, due to Napoleon's conquests, and covers the whole European continent. Meanwhile, Chinese emperors decree equality among their citizens, and form the Chinese Federation. Several other countries emerge around the world (in Arabia or Japan, for example).

Britannia is imperialist, brutal, and promotes social Darwinism, though some nobles actually remember the meaning of nobility, most of them are arrivistes, and there is a supremacist xenophobia among the people. Europia is supposed to be a republic, and as such to leave the power to the people, but in reality, the bourgeoisie are no better than Britannian nobles, and power is a matter of money. Their foreign politics are rather neutral, though really opposed to Britannian hegemony.

After that, British Isles are conquered, threatened by revolutionaries, Queen Elizabeth III is forced to flee to the New World, and the new capital of Pendragon is later founded somewhere in IRL's New Mexico. The ATB calendar is established in the Empire.

In Europe, Napoleon loses Waterloo, and dies assassinated on his way back, as he wished to create a kind of Constitutional Monarchy (while some suspect a revenge from Elizabeth III). The Europia United Republic is founded (République Unie d'Europia, in the side-story Code Geass - Akito the Exiled), while simply referred as EU (for Europe United, or Euro Universe) in the main show. It uses the Revolutionary calendar.

In fact, for those wondering, the Holy Empire of Britannia was formed due to 2 differences with our world's history:

First as previously stated, the people of the isles freed themselves from Roman's hegemony around 25BC (which, with the Ascension to the Throne of Britannia, later became the year 0 A.T.B).

Secondly, around the end of the 18th century, the American Independence War is stopped by nobles preventing Benjamin Franklin to call for Louis XIV of France for help.

After that, when the French Revolution sparked and concluded itself with the rise of Napoleon Bonaparte, people from other countries join the revolution to form Europia. Then, due to having far less enemies and way more allies than IRL, Napoleon wins the Battle of Trafalgar.

Wait. So this Flag is based off one from a certain anime program?
