Purchase Complete Furnishings

After purchasing a house, the jarl's steward will repeatedly tell/ask you, when buying furnishings for your house:

"Very well, I'll make the arrangements. The next time you visit your house, your new furnishings will be in place. Is there anything else you like to purchase?".

Quite annoying when you already have enough money in your pocket to purchase complete furnishings for your house in one buy! And, what about a decent discount?

This mod makes it possible, and you receive a fair discount of 10% when buying complete furnishings.

Whiterun, Breezehome: 1620 gold instead of 1800 gold; alchemy lab, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, loft, housecarl's quarters

Markarth, Vlindrel Hall: 5580 gold instead of 6200 gold; bedroom, living room, alchemy lab, enchanting lab, entrance hall, housecarl's quarters

Riften, Honeyside: 3870 gold instead of 4300 gold; bedroom, kitchen, alchemy lab, enchanting lab, garden, porch, housecarl's quarters

Solitude, Proudspire Manor: 9900 gold instead of 11000 gold; bedroom, kitchen, living room, alchemy lab, enchanting lab, patio, housecarl's quarters

Windhelm, Hjerim: 8100 gold instead of 9000 gold; bedroom, kitchen, living room, alchemy lab, enchanting lab, armory, housecarl's quarters, clean up

CONFLICTS: Any other house buying quest, if the quest "HousePurchase" is changed.
