Social Club Crew Manager
Rockstar added a feature to allow customization for crews, which allow the crew leader to choose a specific color to represent their crew. This feature uses a HEX color palette, which opens us to a variety of colors unobtainable in-game. Using this feature online, we can obtain rare colors that are unobtainable using the vanilla customization presets Rockstar has provided us using Los Santos Customs. This section of the guide is required to obtain the ability to customize and gain the hidden respray colors.

First, you will need to have a Rockstar account, if you do not have one, you can create one on the social club website using their signup page[socialclub.rockstargames.com] and following their instructions. Once you're done, login into the website.

Now, you will need to a create a crew (if you have one already, ignore this). To create a crew, you must go to the crew tab[socialclub.rockhttp] on the website or follow the hyperlink. Keep in mind, you can join up to 5 crews, but only have one active crew at a time.

Now, you will need to customize this crew to your liking, because you will be using this crew as your active crew to use these colors, therefore you will need to make a crew that your comfortable leading. In the video above, please ignore the crew color section, because this is the part we will take advantage of to gain the hidden respray colors.

Once you've saved your crew, you can edit your crew by heading to the crew tab > manage crew. Once we're in this tab, we're set to use the hex code (the code with the # infront of the input) to get unobtainable respray colors. In the next section of the guide, we will put a list of codes you can enter here to gain rare / unobtainable respray colors.

You now know how to use the social club crew manager to gain a variety of colors, now to put them on your cars in-game.
Firstly, you need to bring the car you selected to Los Santos customs. Once you enter Los Santos Customs in your car, scroll down to the respray option.

Now select if you want a primary paint job or a secondary, this is to choose where you want to place the color on the car. You can preview both, therefore this isn't a hard choice to choose, because you can back out and reselect the option.

Now select the option of crew as your color groups, this is needed to view your crew color.

Now, you are previewing your crew color, you can now buy and keep that crew color or redo this process again to change the color of your car using social club crew manager. The crew respray always will cost $25,000, no matter the color and only unlockable at a certain level.
Unique HEX Codes
In this section of the guide, we list the codes to enter into the crew manger to gain the color advertised. You can also use various other HEX[www.color-hex.com] based websites to contribute to your selection. Keep in mind, some of the paints look different in-game than the actual source, therefore I will add a preview for every three HEX codes as a conclusion.

This will be updated over time, but please share your unique HEX codes in the comments and I will investigate.

Neon Aqua Blue

HEX Code: 7BFFFF
A bright vibrant blue look to your car with a neon twist.

Filthy Purple

HEX Code: 3A05BF
A cheeky splash of purple with a pink vibe in the sunlight.

Bleak Banana

HEX Code:ECFF08
A bleached yellow which will peel you to joy.
