This is my first mod, The Vorhani Estate:
Unfortunately, my Creation Kit is not letting me update the first edition, so I have had to re-release it.

Located in the Rift, this is a large house, but not huge, with a cellar and a seperate wizard's solaar.
Has all of the crafting ameneties, including staff enchanter, and baking oven.
  • Main house has a large Main Hall, Master Bedroom, Children's Bedroom, Ready Room for your favourite armor, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Library.
  • Wizard's Solaar has large Alchemy Lab with extensive storage, Enchanting Room, Day Room, Study, and all standing stones and wayshrines.
  • Cellar has a large food and drink storage area, and an armor display room.

There is some respawning storage in the house, that generates food and ingredients. This is clearly labeled.

Large hidden area, Keep your eyes open.
Please come back and ask if you cant find it.

To-do:
  • Add servant NPCs
  • Create Servants Quaters
  • Write a house guide book.
  • Beautify the estate, add decorations around exterior areas.

I plan on keeping it cause I do love it ... inspite of the items I listed.. and I still give you a thumbs up for your awesome work.

I love this mod but sadly, most of the rooms feel empty.. even though they have minimum furniture. This mod is a improvement from your first don't get me wrong.. But a bit more furnishing added to the rooms would make it feel more like its liveable in.. maybe adding some npcs might help as well. Maybe a cook , maid and a guard... for example.. Thank you for all your efforts :).

i down voted because im looking for cool mods and houses that dont require any mods or at lest only need hearthfire sincce i dont have money to buy the other dlc's

I'm just amazed this is your first mod. Well done Love that you chose the Rift for your setting.
It always looks like Autumn there. So scenic. Found hidden area. Interesting house layout.

Can't find the place, tried everything I could think of and I wandered up and down the river from one end to the other like an idiot. Still nothing. I've wasted enough of my character's time.....gonna find a different home for him.

I saw a couple problems.....1st, how about an unlocked front door. 2nd, There is a glitch in the floor inside unser the balcony.. otherwise, the floor plan is decent and the amount of space is nice. But as I am using a castle mod for family housing. I'll keep thi until, if I get tried of the other. Good job.

I gave your mod a thumbs up and added it to my favorites list! I love that it is in the Riften area cause I love autumn and the woods. It is a wonderful and awesome mod! Great work!!!
