Yudoken's Mod pack (complete USF IV overhaul) (offline right now)

Yudoken's Mod pack is a complete overhaul of Ultra Street Fighter 4 (with the newest updates).
Modding Street Fighter is fun but I wanted to make it as easy as possible and made a mod pack which you simply put in the game files.
Everyone should be able to easily use them, this is for simplicity and for people who don't want to mod every single character themselves (which can take a lot of time).
This mod pack includes costumes for every character (even on the alternate slots) and changed the best color (in my opinion) to color one for most characters.
This mods are from the brilliant creators of various modders which you can find at Deviant Art[streetmodders.deviantart.com].
Without them this wouldn't be existing, so make sure to check them out!
I've changed every stage music is, menu background picture, music and much more are modified.
I also have a separate folder which contains Capcom vs. SNK 2 ui style mod.

Tl; DR
All characters modded (including slots 1-3 for most characters)
Europe Cruise ship and training's stage are modded
Every stage music, menu, character select and even the transition sound is changed
Fully online compatible
UI overhaul (optional)
No intro video mod

It works great online too!


Please read the readme files I've included!
If you already have an older version installed please do a backup of 'patch' and 'patch_ae2_tu1' and replace it (delete the existing folder and replace it with the downloaded ones).

Unpack it (use 7zip) and put the files into the game folder.
Do a backup of those folders which are going to be overriden.

The total download size is about 2GB and after unpacking it's about 15gb.
Don't forget to make a backup of the files which could be overwritten (most of the mods don't overwrite stuff but a few files have to be modified).


This was tested on the newest Ultra version but there could be errors so let me know if you have found anything.

Since life and work took over I couldn't take time to find the files and properly upload them again.
Hopefully later this year I can do it but right now I'm planing on moving and hopefully from there I can do it once everything is set up.

i've liked, commented and shared this post, how can we even download this? if its the skin mods that need updating (like the white textures in game) I know how to fix it. There's some mods that are locked behind this mod pack that doesn't have anymore source to download from due to all links expiring (Poison Bayonetta, Guile Solid Snake, etc.), it would really help if we can get a current link even if incomplete and just update it with a new one when done.
