Deer and Elk Always Drop Antlers

Description
The deer and elk in Skyrim have the same problem as goats in Hearthfire. They, despite all sense and logic, only drop their antlers 50% of the time. This is unacceptable!

This mod makes deer and elk always drop their antlers upon death.
The universe now makes sense!

On deer, are large antlers the only available drop? If not, what about setting it large antlerss 25%, medium antlers 60%, small antlers 15% - after all, you'd only kill a young buck if you're hungry and can't find anything else. Great mod all around. Fixed a majorly minor irritant. "I killed the buck, but don't get the rack...c'mon!"

As long as there are no conflicts with other mods, this will be one i keep forever :)
