to begin with, I am not yet finished with this guide. I plan on adding a few more screenshots, as well as various ways to catch targets non-lethally. there are 4 bounties total.

also, I heard this can be done more easily by using the stun gun, but I did not have it unlocked, so I will be adding methods to capture targets alive without the stun gun. you also have the option to kill bounties (reducing the bounty money by half), which shouldn't take any further explanation.

first, ralph ostrowski

this quarry in the east. the orange marker near the top of the map belongs to trevor, take note the house icon that indicates his safe house. from there, you should be able to find the quarry without needing to have it revealed on your own map.

he will take off in his car as soon as he sees you. pop 2 of his tires and he will surrender. if you don't have another car available, you can drive his. if the popped tires start to annoy you, he will actually follow you into any other vehicle, so don't worry about him running off.

second, larry tupper

hiding out at this barn. he's standing next to a car full of goons, and is talking to a guy with a blond mohawk. sneaking up won't be possible because he is surrounded.

my advice: kill his friends as fast as possible. he will take off on foot. get close enough to put a pistol bullet in his leg (preferably the default pistol with attached suppressor), which should drop him to the ground without killing him. if you're close enough before he gets back up, he should surrender immediately.

third, glenn scoville

this one is on top of the highest point in the game. he parachutes off as soon as he sees you and floats down to the point indicated in the below screenshots.

I would advise taking a helicopter up there, or at least make sure you have a parachute of your own. however, there are some bikes in the area you could use to carefully ride down the mountain.

when I caught up to him, I did a flying punch by sprinting and pressing the punch button. instantly forced him to surrender, without killing him.

again, take note of his orientation compared to the two runways on the map (with the yellow dots). if the map is confusing, hopefully this will make it less confusing.

fourth, curtis weaver

most north central highway section of the game map, in a hobo camp. he is armed, but he won't put up much of a fight. just stay out of his line of fire until he starts running.
