Building works very well and has a long range, is inexpensive to maintain I can only recommend it. TOP
Making this an education building not only gives this a more meaningful purpose, but it's also realistic in that newspapers are often literally... educational. People indeed do learn through reading (as Shroomblaze said), and being informed of events around them. You don't have to agree of course, but I'll applaud Shroomblaze in cleverly thinking outside of the box here. I'd love to see more building creators thinking this way instead of making parks and (not so) unique buildings for everything.
