I have working version with the river but havent uploaded it. I'll try to polish it over the weekend.

yeah i checked it out in-game and it's alittle off. any chance you'll revise it and include the river as well? and the train tracks go between the highways. i really want to use it and try and build the city and i would love it if you helped me out :)

Sorry, I didn't use the image overlay. Road placement isn't very accurate, I'm afraid.
