Castle of the Dwarven Lady

Description
This Castle is in Markarth and was designed as if a Dwarven Lady of ancient time had this player home. It is a Player Home. It is lore friendly and easy to find in Markarth. It is at the base of the staircase, in the market, that leads up to the vanilla Markarth player home in Markarth.

**YOU NEED ALL DLCS FOR SKYRIM TO USE THIS MOD** It does require other DLCs, Dawnguard and Dragonborn and will not work without them.

Aminities?:
The Castle of the Dwarven Lady boasts a large formal dining hall, kitchen, five bedrooms (that sleep 11), a private swiming pool in the master's quarters, a private alchemy station, enchanting station, an indoor garden, and plenty of storage as well as a private forge, library and many display cases and manaquins. There is also a display for all of your Dragon Masks, all of the shrines are present, and all the standing stones in the master's quarters.

There is room enough for 6 children, spouse, and three servants. So if you have hearhtfire or are using an upgraded mod that allows you to have up to 6 children, this is compatible. Consider it a big upgrade to Vlindral Hall. This player home was designed to be truely fit for a Queen or King and their little princes and princesses.

Why I designed this mod?:

I wanted to design an ancient dwemer house that was fit for a queen, as I am a female gamer and noticed that there were not many mods made with us ladies in mind. This player house is not only for ladies but also for the gentlemen. It is very visually attractive in the decorations, layout and design. I hope that you enjoy it's opulance as I spent quite a bit of time making this home beautifful and functional.

Ready to move your family in?

If you are already using a "move family" mod, then you won't need this link. However, if not - you will need to install this mod to move your family into this home. I have used this mod with "Custom Family Home" and it works great. I suggest using this move family mod because I already know it is compatible. You can look it up on steam as "Custom Family Home" or you can download it from Nexus. Below is the link to it on Nexus.

Custom Family Home is also on the Nexus:

Bugs?:

None so far. There are no known bugs or conflicting mods with this particular mod. However, if you find something please post it below in the comments so it can be addressed.

Known Conflicting Mods:

Master Library - This conflicts due to both of the mods editing the same area in Markarth. You cannot have both active when starting a game or the game will crash. You will have to choose one or the other.

This is one of my all time favorite mods! I'm so thankful for a player home that has all the books in Skyrim! Alphabetized! <3 It's beautiful, runs like a dream, and the library is incredible.

berndhofschroeer, they do not respawn. None of the containers in this mod respawn. So you can use them all to store your goods indefinately.

Sorry Hearthfire not Heartfire.

Hi, I used Heartfire Multiple Adoptions by TMPhoenix from Nexus Mods and used the blessing spell and it keeps saying that this is not one of my homes.

It's hearthfire multiple adoptions on nexus. It comes with a bless home spell that automatically sets the home as your custom home. According to their page, the mod creator for the house would have to make it HMA compatible.

Hmm, ok, I only have two children in my game so I haven't tried adopting the other four. Which mod do you use to adopt more children? If I know then I can download and install it and then troubleshoot the two of them so they can be compatible. Thanks ApplesAJ for your feedback!

So I have the mod now, but it isn't multiple adoptions compatible. The 'Bless Home' spell that comes with doesnt work on this mod. The custom family home mod only works for 2 kids.
