One-Handed Balgruufs Sword

Description
This small mod changes Balgruufs Greatsword to One-Handed sword, from the quest to bring it to Proventus Avenicci. So when he wears the sword, it is on his belt and not on his back the whole time. This way Proventus Avenicci doesn't look wierd and stupid.
