True, but bethesda made the game, so your using their product for profit. Then there's all the other copyrights you can run over, like Disney, DC/Marvel, and so forth. If you're not carefull, you can get your ass sued to hell and back.
A Co-worker recently told me of someone using mickey mouse stickers that they bought for their home-deco shop, they were planning on printing copies of the stickers that they bought. They thankfully were told by a friend, and had a lawyer confirm this, that though they paid for the stickers, using them in this way was illegal before Disney caught wind of it.
