Modified Double Paperclip

Description
Modified Double Paperclip by shainze. This is a modified version of the Double-Paperclip interchange by Scotland Tom linked below. I use elevated highways from both directions and rather than modify each one every time, I just rebuilt that intersection with both sides elevated. It's not a direct copy as I started from scratch and it is slightly different in layout. I also left space for train tracks between the highways in both directions.
