New Nuclear plant

Description
Are you needing that bit more electricity and you have your nuclear power plants, well now is the time to use it!

The new nuclear power plant gives you an extra 160MW electricity per week for 20000 added to the cost.
The upkeep stays the same (so you wont lose any more money than normal)

Stats

Electricity Output - 800
Cost - 220000
Upkeep - 8,000
