The long-awaited Overhaul Pack is finally here! Enjoy new policies, situations, simulations, events, and dilemmas. All of my previous mods are included in this pack, so if you use any of my other mods you will have to disable them. YOU NEED THE FIRST 3 DLC'S TO USE THIS MOD (Social Engineering, Extremism, Clones and Drones). Still crashing? Then you have a conflicting mod enabled. Still crashing? Try disabling all mods (including DLC), then enable the DLC and the other mods. (The order you enable mods can affect compatibility between mods)

I recommend using the 'randomized start' option.

Other Changes:
Brain Drain has been revamped from the ground up
A trickle up/down wage mechanic
The "Year" effects for most situations have been removed to allow long term play
The relationships between Crime, Violent Crime, and Organized Crime have been redesigned
The relationships between Low Earnings, Poverty, and Equality have been redesigned
A bunch of tiny little things you probably won't even notice (for balance reasons)

Please note: If you're trying to make certain situations like Fascism appear you just need to push your country in extreme directions. The hidden simulations will keep track of the direction you're pushing it and once you get past a certain threshold you'll see the situation pop up. I don't really recommend you do this unless you're planning a long game. Bringing your country into a new form of government is fairly extreme, so you'll want to ease into it over time.
