Description

This is the very staff that Jagar Tharn used to send Emperor Uriel Septim to Oblivion. It has been lost 200 years, until now. You will find it somewere in The Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood. This was the main thing you had to do in the FIRST Elder Scrolls game. The Elder Scrolls Chapter one: Arena. Emperor Uriel Septim's battlemage, Jagar Tharn, sends the Emperor to Oblivion with this staff. The Hero must travel all around Tamriel and retrive the peices of the staff to save the Emperor.
Well whats it do for me? Well you see, this stick can electrocute the ♥♥♥♥ out of anyone.
