Shadow Burst Does Ice Damage (v.0)

Description
I like to use ice enchantments on my weapons for the shatter/freeze effects and Cold Steel/Shatter Storm along with Tiered Passives to enhance this.

I decided to make a mod that would incorporate Shadow Burst more fully into my play style since I play "left click" style with Shadow Burst as my right click.

Shadow burst now does Ice damage instead of Electric.
