Follower Room Proudspire Manor - Solitude

Description
This mod creates a room for you follower in ProudSpire Manor in Solitude. The furnishings in the room are the same furnishings placed in the room by Bethesda, but for some reason they never built the scripting to build the room once you are able to purchase the home.
