Description

This mod adds A bookshelf in helgan keep where Ralof takes you (but of course it does not matter if you go with the stormcloaks or the imperials), this bookshelf contains two random destruction spell tomes, one random conjuration spell tome, and two random spells of any kind(they are all based on your level)

this mod was based on a request from SirSalami on the nexus forums so credit goes to them.
