So I deciphered the origins of this building. This is a Japanese toy/computer store that is equivalent to the US's Toys'R'Us store. HelloMac was owned by the Chiyoda Corporation from 1985 until 2009 when the Great Recession of that year caused Chiyoda and HelloMac to fold for bankruptcy. It was from this building that the very rare HelloMac version of the N64 controller was sold in large quantities. With HelloMac no longer in business, the special controllers now exist as rare collector's items in the bidding sections of eShops.
